Feehan is a Fellow of the American Mathematical Society. With one of his regular collaborators (Leness), he has written a joint article with Tomasz Mrowka and Peter Kronheimer, mentioned on de.wikipedia.org. On mathscinet, there are 32 articles listed for Feehan, many concerning PSU(2) monopoles. With Leness, he has written a 250 page Memoir of the AMS and several fairly recent articles in the Advances in Mathematics. His earlier papers, published just after his dissertation at Columbia, appear in respected journals. The edit summary requesting a speedy deletion was marked minor. The only reason provided for the speedy deletion was that "being a professor at Rutgers is not notable." But there have been a number of notable mathematicians at Rutgers University (New Brunswick) including the late I. M. Gelfand.
