Introduction[edit]
I find that concept might be intresting for those studying decisive processes of the European Union. Unfortunately, at the present moment I'm not at liberty to describe it in more detail due to lack of time, however, I wanted to introduce that notion into the Wiki as it's quite important for understanding mechanism of the codecision procedure.--huski (talk) 09:55, 24 July 2009 (UTC)
