Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because I have not finished creating it yet and have not yet added the sources. It is important because it is a shopping centre and other similar sized shopping centres have their own wikipedia pages. --Videomaniac29 (talk) 01:00, 10 October 2012 (UTC) [1] This source proves it IS notable because it is one of two main shopping malls for Papamoa, a suburb with around 20,000 people. If this is not enough proof, then PLEASE tell me what I need to do to prove it is. I made this article to help my local city get more representation on Wikipedia, but so far, it seems that people care enough to say it's not notable without caring to check to find out that it IS notable! What makes people consider it not notable is because there aren't that many references from other sources not the same ones. As you have multiple sources from the same place or the same source. If you can find sources from other locations, like a book, and/or other online sources from different locations than from the same source then that will help add notability. And make it less likely to falling under the WP:CSD and or going up for WP:AFD which it currently is, if you add more sources from other places than it will help make the community reconsider and maybe pass the WP:AFD as a keep. Also please read WP:Verify and also WP:NOTE and WP:CORP as those will help you get the idea of what kind of sources to include to help make it notable. If you have any other questions please let me know on my talk page. --Clarkcj12 (talk) 15:24, 19 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Also if you read WP:CITE it will help you to find and let you how you can find more references, to help you in your process to make it more notable, or verifiable. I am not saying the references you have already are not notable, but they should be backed up with references from other sources as to back them up, and also that might have more information on if its mentioned by more sources than the likely the more notable it is. --Clarkcj12 (talk) 15:38, 19 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
