Panama Canal Commission[edit]

Should we have a separate article for the pre-1999 commission or try and merge that in here? It seems that it's a separate enough organization that it should have its own articles. (Especially as it relates more to the US Government than to the Panama since Commissioners were appointed by Congress.) Thoughts? JRP 13:57, 30 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
