I suggest that this page should be changed to a disambiguation page (which I'm not exactly sure how to do this).
The term "pacesetter" refers to at least two very different things, namely the one that this page redirects to, i.e. Pacemaker (track), and Pacesetter, Ltd., a now-defunct company that designed and published a role-playing game called Chill.
