"Reads like an Advertisment" tag[edit]

this was added without explanation some time ago. Article in fact contained several criticims off the aircraft (e.g. low sales), and no advertising material. To the best of my knowledge no Pacific Aerospace employee contributed to it. Added (?original research) critique that this plane is rather overpowered for usable space inside it, then deleted tag. Please before reinserting the tag, I suggest it would be prudent to;- -1 contact other editors of page -2 specify changes desired in detail, and what "reads like advertising" -3 confirm you have no relationship with a competitor or disclose it if you do and -4 best of all suggest what you think the article should look like instead of just slapping a tag on it. Funny: in the main article the Vne (Never Exceed Speed) is lower than the Cruising speed...

It was a typo in changing from one template to another - 328 (correct) became 238 - now fixed.Nigel Ish (talk) 19:11, 3 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Turboprop?[edit]

Sounds like a piston engine. What are we saying here? Piston or Turbo? Note: A turboprop is not a piston engine with a turbocharger. It's a turbine engine like a jet. Longinus876 (talk) 03:29, 10 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The Cresco is a turboprop-powered version of the piston-engined Fletcher FU-24. The LTP101 and PT6 are both turboprops.Nigel Ish (talk) 17:50, 10 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
