Can't find much on Dr. Otto Reitlinger. The U.S. Social Security Death Index lists two results, one Otto Reitlinger having lived from 1891 to 1971 and a second Otto Reitlinger having lived from 1895 to 1981. There's insufficient information to tell which of the two, if either, is the inventor of Otto Fuel II. — Quicksilver^{T @} 06:54, 2 April 2014 (UTC)

Mono, or with oxidiser?

The Spearfish torpedo article makes refeence to a perchlorate being used as an oxidiser with this. Consistency? Midgley (talk) 13:55, 15 September 2010 (UTC)

Otto fuel can be utilized with or without an oxidizer. Otto fuel, by itself, is fuel-rich. By adding an oxidizer, a more efficient set of reactions can be induced, improving performance of the fuel.
