About disambiguation pages[edit]
The point of a disambiguation page is not to list every possible definition or use of a particular word in the English language; disambiguation pages are meant to assist a Wikipedia user in finding an existing page whose topic is (or could be) the actual word used in their search query.

Edits to page on Mar 31, 2008[edit]
Having said that, these are the edits I made to this page:
- Removed any red-links or references to topics which do not have articles of their own and lack coverage elsewhere in Wikipedia
- Removed link to 8 (number), which was added due to the fact that "otto" is the italian word for "eight". See: Wikipedia:Manual of Style (disambiguation pages)#Foreign languages.
- Removed Otto's Pub & Brewery and added Otto's disambiguation page to "See also" section
- Removed Otto Octavius because although this character's first name is "Otto", he is not a character who is known simply by his first name; an individual searching for this character would likely type his full name or "Dr. Octopus"
- I did however leave Otto Mann since this is a character who is mainly known my his first name. (I am an avid watcher of The Simpsons and I didn't even know he had a last name!)
