It appears that Michael Orton's site is down and a cursory search does not turn up when it was created. As my interest in the subject is pretty limited, someone who has a reference for the answer should go ahead and post it. EvilCouch (talk) 06:35, 19 January 2008 (UTC)
That site is still down. A check at the Internet Wayback machine has it disappearing around July 2007. Sent email Orton about it and waiting a reply Glimfeather 19:45, 4 May 2008 (UTC)

Diffuse glow[edit]
