Neutral point of view problem[edit]

This article needs a serious review and rewriting. Only two references are provided, both to the school district website which is not accessible, making the article completely unverifiable. A significant amount of text lacks neutral point of view and states opinions. Not to mention that multiple products are mentioned as if they were advertised.
