Terminology[edit]
Interesting entry. In 20 years in the airline industry (admittedly in the US but with contacts in the UK and Japan) the first time I ever came across the term "board toilet" was in this article. In all my reference materials, including those from aircraft manufacturers, the only term I find for these facilities is "lavatory", frequently shortened to "lav". In the past you might hear the term "biffy" used.

- I have never heard of this term, and a websearch turns up nothing except this Wikipedia article. I think it is a misunderstanding of "on-board toilet", which can at least be found as a term of use. I propose to rename this article accordingly, unless somebody can come up with another article this one should be merged into. Reify-tech (talk) 22:51, 21 March 2018 (UTC)
Page -> Disambig?[edit]
This page only has one source and doesn't state anything of substance. Currently, it seems to be a landing page and redirect portal for other kinds of on-board toilet articles that are much more detailed (space, airplane, ship, etc). The only hesitation I have to make this a disambig page myself (WP:BOLD) is that there isn't an appropriate place to send the mention of bus and coach toilets. Should we create an article for those and turn this into a disambiguation page? What would such a page be called?
