Removed text/refs[edit]

I removed the follow line and refs:

There has been considerable debate about the role of nuclear weapons since before the first atomic bombs were dropped in 1945.[1][2][3]

...and I replaced it with a paragraph about the Manhattan Project, the Franck Report, etc. It seemed important to mention that indeed, there was debate (although not public) before the bombs dropped. And maybe the sources above discussed that—I don't know. So I didn't want to just recycle other sources for something that could be more directly cited (e.g. a BAS article about the Franck Report). I've put them here in case whomever knows them wants to integrate them into somewhere else on the page, or to do something more specific with them. --Mr.98 (talk) 22:38, 7 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
