Start of article[edit]

There are already a number of articles on various railway upgrade schemes in the United Kingdom. This is planned to be another one in the series. I am making a start on this one for the northwest of England. GRALISTAIR (talk) 10:38, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
