North Caucasian Emirate - Mountainous Republic of the Northern Caucasus relations?[edit]

The flag is incorrect[edit]

The flag is incorrect, the three stars are deliberately inverted to make it a smiley-face; this is incorrect - look at the flag on the banknote shown in the article.
