The band name came from a book about The Who[edit]
Hardly. They may have found the phrase in a book about The Who - possibly Gary Herman's The Who (1972) - but it originates in Tom Wolfe's The Pump House Gang. BTLizard (talk) 18:18, 8 November 2011 (UTC)
