This article is about the U.S. only?[edit]

I think this article needs some further work to make it clear in all sections that the data given is only for the U.S. without trying to represent the global situation which is very different. I actually suggest the title of the article should be changed to reflect this.EMsmile (talk) 23:10, 29 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
