Substantial rewrite[edit]

Following a proposal to delete the article, I wanted to see if I could improve the article. Here's what I've tackled

  • Search for other citations, especially non-primary and/or reliable ones.
  • Salvage dead citations, and where this is not possible, remove them.
  • Ensure all information is sourced or marked as citation needed, and where the source it primary, change the text to make that clear.
  • Incorporate new information from any new citations and go through the "main" citations (the secondary reliable ones) to ensure all information is pulled out (and in doing so create a section on external reception).
  • Tone down any language that feels more promotional than encyclopedic.
  • Restructure the article, including putting "production" section before "publication".

What I think the article could do with more of is:

  • Go through the comic's website for non-controversial facts like starting date
  • Anyone who can access Seattle print media databases might be able to find more articles?
  • Add an image, either a small "fair use" one only hosted on Wikipedia, especially a book cover, or by reaching out to the authors to ask for release of an image for full use in Wikimedia.

Very little of this affects the deletion debate of course, which relates to notability as shown by sources, and is ongoing as I write this. HenryCrun15 (talk) 02:50, 23 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
