HELP! The photo attached to this page is NOT the correct lighthouse. The problem is a little more complex than simply uploading a correct photo since the image is linked to the Commons and is actually a US Gummint error.

Is it appropriate (and possible) for me to replace the image in the Commons with one of my own?
