I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Not bad for coverage on a long-ago Taiwanese station, but the "History" section could sure use some work (for the reasons given in its cleanup-tag bulletin).

Does anyone know whether the recent addition of "Waseem Mumtaz" is related to the Network of Educational Television? It seems to be a Biography page that could have been misplaced into the wrong article, a possible marketing ploy, or misunderstanding on an editors part in thinking "Waseem Mumtaz" is somehow involved in the article? Any second opinions would be greatly appreciated. Greetings!
