neon tube questions
A neon tube lights up when a large external voltage is applied across it right? So which one best describe the type of spectrum observed when the gas in the tube is observed through a diffraction grating?
A. Absorption spectrum B. Continuous emission spectrum C. Line absorption s.... D. Line emission s.....
