Following my opinion on, and the closing of, a AfD on this article, I removed the section on "Capacity and Performance Management" (link to previous version), keeping a few of it's info in the lead. Cleanup is still needed. - Nabla (talk) 18:30, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
