This article is very important. Many research students are searching for this scientist but they did not get any information on wiki so I tried to create this article. He is an Padma Shri awardee by Govt. of India. Please help in improving this article.

If this is the case, then you need to provide independent third-party citations for why this person is important. Any contributions that he has made to science, any major discoveries, why he is so important; all of these must be cited by independent third-party sources (ones that aren't created by the subject himself). I performed a search on the site that you linked and it didn't show any information for this person, and a quick google search seems to show that his claim to notability is receiving the award from the Government of India. If you can provide good sources for why this person deserves to have an encyclopedia entry, then he should be included.

His contribution for science and technology is as follows please also refer some links regarding these: 1.Development and deployment of the VT Fuse for the Department of Defense in the mid-1960s.

2.He designed the acoustics of several moderate sized concert halls specifically for Indian Classical Music for a more natural sound.

3.He established the Solid State Physics Laboratory in Delhi and was its founding Director.
