Hello people, I'd like to know your opinion about this article in order to improve it. What issues concerning NPOV do you think should be improved?

Without any citations to verify the claim of what the word means, this article is original research. An English translation of the Spanish Wikipedia article says this word means "Narcotics ..." or "Drug Trafficking", as does Wiktionary. You need to cite a reliable Spanish to English dictionary to just support the meaning of the name of the article.
