While printing this wiki article, the simple sidebar "Red list Nam Pat W.S." will not print. Can anyone give me the solution to this problem.

Sidebars are intended as navigational templates and are not printed (nor shown on in mobile web view). Information that's being presented to aid the reader's understanding of the article shouldn't use such templates. In this case, I'm not sure putting the information in a box like this is good idea. But if desired, it should be done using another template (such as Template:Side box). To answer your question, though, the non-printing of sidebars appears to be specified in MediaWiki:Print.css. You can probably override this by adding the following to your Special:MyPage/Print.css page. (Warning: my knowledge of CSS is very rudimentary, and I haven't tested this.)
