Re-organizatoin/ Subjective Article[edit]

I will second Jazzalexa22's assessment here. Note that the plagiarized material is directly from the institution website at stake. Her stubify was reverted by another author whose sole edit appears to be on this article. Likely a WP:COI in addition to WP:Plagiarism and WP:Promo. This material does need to be removed.
