This page is not merely associated with the Korean government, it's their official webpage. It's hosted in Germany by KCC Europe GmbH http://www.kcc-europe.de/ as part of a joint venture to bring the Internet to North Korea. Yes, North Korea has internet. KCC are trying to get the .kp domain, but there are some legal issues for NK do not have a diplomatic representation in the US. HTH Kokiri 23:25, 15 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

That does seem to be the case, but it's a little hard to figure out who is actually writing the content on the pages. Is there really somebody in Pyongyang putting it all together, and just sending it together for hosting, or is the KCC organization in Germany writing it under contract or cooperation with the NK government? If it's really coming direclty from the NK government, that would be something really new as far as I can tell. --Reuben 23:25, 15 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]
