Cast list[edit]

I feel like the cast list should be trimmed down. I originally added billed cast and significant characters, but people keep adding characters which have minor appearances. Should the following characters be removed: Mezo Shoji, Yuga Aoyama, Mashirao Ojiro, Hanta Sero, Toru Hagakure, Rikido Sato, Koji Koda, Dabi, Himiko Toga, Twice, Mr. Compress, Spinner? We shouldn't list all characters per MOS:FILMCAST, and I don't think these characters, especially the villain characters listed, have significant enough roles.
