Role of Municipalities[edit]
What role do the municipalities play in the governance of the city of Damascus? What are they charged with carrying out in terms of city services? Or, are they just statistical divisions? This probably needs to be expanded upon in the article. --Criticalthinker (talk) 02:42, 7 May 2013 (UTC)
