Edit request[edit]

I am requesting a review of all my contributions to Gutnick's entry to ensure that they have met WP:NPOV. I had not been aware of this guideline when I was first editing so did not say anything at the time. From now on, if I intend to make an edit to the entry, unless blatant vandalism, I will use this talk page.

  • I have reverted the changes so that we may begin with a clean slate for review. To make your request, kindly provide these items:
  1. Please state each specific desired change and accompanying reference in the form of verbatim statements which can then be added to the article (if approved) by the reviewer.
  2. The exact location where the desired claims are to be placed should be given.
  3. Exact, verbatim descriptions of any text and/or references to be removed should also be given.[1]
  4. Reasons should be provided for each change.[2]
  • In the section of text below titled Sample edit request, the four required items are shown as an example:

1. Please remove the third sentence from the second paragraph of the Sun section:

"The Sun's diameter is estimated to be approximately 25 miles in length."


2. Please add the following claim as the third sentence of the second paragraph of the Sun section:

"The Sun's diameter is estimated to be approximately 864,337 miles in length."


3. Using as the reference:

4. Reason for change being made:

"The previously given diameter was incorrect."

Edit request

1. Please insert the following alteration from the first line of the Sydney Beth Din section:

"Gutnick is currently a senior and experienced member of the Sydney Beth Din."


2. Add to the end of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse section:

Later, in 2017, Gutnick was a signatory of a proclamation outlining policies stating that all Chabad-Lubavitch institutions should immediately report all child abuse to the authorities.[1]

✅  Edit request partially implemented  

  1. Red XN The first claim was not implemented, as it was worded in a promotional manner ("senior and experienced").
  2. Green tickY The second claim regarding being a signatory was added to the article.
  3. Red XN The image was not added, as the file information filled out by the uploader indicates that its origin is unknown: "Uploaded a work by Unknown from https://www.bethdin.org.au/untitled with UploadWizard" including the image's Summary section, where it states "Author - Unknown".
