Overall: In the article it is mentioned that he sold the building with a loss which is unsourced. How a bout a year date for the water system hook?Paradise Chronicle (talk) 10:39, 6 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

And I noticed there are some difference on the info when he was appointed chief of police in the chronology of Jews and his biography. 1845 and 1854 are the options. Maybe you could find out what is correct?Paradise Chronicle (talk) 10:39, 6 September 2022 (UTC) Paradise Chronicle (talk) 10:34, 6 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for reviewing! I went ahead and added a source for the first point, and edited ALT1 with a date. Regarding the year of his appointment: in his obituary in the Montreal Herald it mentions that he had been chief for seven years, confirming the 1854 date. –Ploni (talk) 12:53, 6 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
