Article name[edit]

The name of this article as New Zealand Ministry of Justice is not consistent with the other New Zealand public service entities and is not in accordance with Wikipedia:Naming conventions (government and legislation). It would be more consistent for this article to be moved to Ministry of Justice (New Zealand). Any comments? --Pakaraki (talk) 20:46, 12 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

History section needed[edit]

This article currently does not acknowledge previous structures. For instance, the Department of Corrections article describes briefly being created after changes resulting from the Department of Justice restructuring Act of 1995. It would be very useful to have a history section to this article describing how the historical Department of Justice relates to the current Ministry.
