The <cityname> only format is supported by both Talk:Cagdianao and Talk:Baliuag requested moves initiated by me earlier this year, and the successful requested move for Pateros over its primacy vs. Pateros, Washington, as well as bold moves made by some Wikipedians before (not exhaustive):

Per Wikipedia:ONEOTHER (brought forth by P199 at the requested move for Pateros), since there are only two entries for the disambiguation page, there's no need for a redundant disambiguation page once Minglanilla, Cebu is moved to Minglanilla. Support. This RM is in accordance with MOS:PHIL. Also, the PH municipality has a population of 132K as opposed to the ES municipality's 2K which supports the primary-topic-ness of the PH municipality. —seav (talk) 04:08, 17 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
