15th-anniversary WWE Raw special[edit]

Irwin R. Shyster's involvement in the RAW XV special needs to be included. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.130.37.219 (talk) 19:33, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Time in AWA[edit]

Rotunda was in the AWA at some point in 1986 as I have been watching the AWA shows on ESPN Classic and he has been on 2 at this point and they are both dated 1986. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rivercity (talkcontribs) 20:38, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I recently saw him on another edition, where they mentioned he was supposed to be teaming with Windham in the AWA, but at that particular night Windham was out with an injury. This was sometime after he'd already held the WWF tag titles, as they actually had on the screen during his entrance "Former WWF tag team champion".76.234.154.131 (talk) 06:27, 26 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Could someone please tell me why an article on Mike Rotunda needs to be protected? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.254.168.202 (talk) 01:52, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Write-off[edit]

Not sure how this should be denoted, but the Write-off was actually originally the Samoan drop from 1991 to early 1992. Then he started using that clothesline for his finisher, which they gave the Write-off name to (much like the Impaler name being used for multiple moves). Then later in WCW, he started using the Samoan drop for his finisher again, which they gave the Stock Market Crash name.

Here's a link to a match where you can see the Samoan drop was the original Write-off. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8jV29HpbZ44 69.23.156.97 (talk) 20:05, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Editing help needed.[edit]

Two changes should be made, but my near-obsolete browser prevents me. First, the section on New Japan should be moved between his WCW and Return to WCW sections, to fit chronologically. His post-NJPW WCW career should be cut & paste to a new section, following the NJPW section.

Secondly, the lead should have replaced "perhaps best known as..." with "also well known as...". Which character he was best known as is subjective opinion, and depends on which promotion one more closely follows. Seems to have a pro-WWF slant as it is.
