Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedy deleted because... Mike Fantastic are getting bigger as a band. They have an album on iTunes and have released two singles. They have 19,300 likes on Facebook. They got to #25 in the iTunes electronic chart which was higher than pendulum at the time. They have done three UK tours and have sold LOADS of merchandise to their fans. The have also had two tv appearances on New Look: Style The Nation & on MTV. They are also managed by SONY MUSIC!

They are a good band and the world deserves to hear about Mike Fantastic and their music.

This page should not be speedy deleted because...[edit]

This page appears to be of very poor quality, but I disagree that it should be deleted on grounds of notability. This band's TV appearances ^[1] and iTunes ranking suggest they are sufficiently notable to justify a Wikipedia article, but it would require a severe clean up to meet minimum quality standards.

I propose that it be moved to a user page until such time as it meets the minimum quality standards, rather than being outright deleted.

Revamped article[edit]

Just gave the entire article a revamp. Should have brought the quality and writing style up a bit, but won't deny that some significant flaws remain. I'm hoping that this at least allows a decent starting point for someone who wants to give the article a serious edit.
