It might be worth noting that this case was used as a reference for Waits v. Frito-Lay, when Tom Waits sued Frito-Lay over their decision to do a commercial with a jingle that purposely imitated his voice and one of this songs in particular. 74.139.46.68 (talk) 02:32, 10 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
