This article is about an organization that is training and mentoring library professionals. Libraries and library professionals are a very important part of the community need to be known about. There was not enough sources besides the UNC Charlotte finding aid to go into more detail on their importance.

@Bcome1946: If there are insufficient sources to explain the importance of this organization, that in itself is an indication that this organization may not have the notability required to be included in Wikipedia. The organization may well be important to the limited audience of Charlotte area librarians, but not to the wide general audience that Wikipedia addresses.
