I wanted to restructure this section and add some more information regarding the argument for it being a learned tool rather than a natural ability. I really like this suggestion, especially because it addresses one of the main points we discussed in class about mnemonics (that they are a learned tool rather than a natural ability) that was originally not a part of this Wikipedia article. As we've learned from the training modules and from our own experience using Wikipedia, readers benefit from having various perspectives and arguments equally presented to them, as Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and is not treated as an opinion page. Thus, I think your proposed changes reflect this and help improve both the thoroughness of the article and the reader experience. Great job! Ak509ak509 (talk) 04:57, 26 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
