Captain Obvious strikes!

Field's no longer maintains a presence in the building.

Yeah, hi. That would be because it no longer exists. Marshall Field & Co. ceased to exist in 1982, and the "Marshall Field's" store name ceased to exist over a year ago. --76.224.64.68 23:12, 12 November 2007 (UTC)

LEED Certification Reference

I don't know how to do it. Here is a recent reference from the New York Times.

Parent Company

How about a link or reference (or mention thereof) to the holding company? Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc.? Andrew Powell (talk) 13:28, 24 September 2008 (UTC)

Own ZIP code?

I removed the following:

The Merchandise Mart is so large that it has its own ZIP code (60654).< ref >http://books.google.com/books?id=TDd6Vfsz6XAC&pg=PA63&lpg=PA63&dq=does+Merchandise+Mart+have+its+own+area+code&source=bl&ots=7BM4gFCcEh&sig=Bht8SBgPpecVCHdyjlU3Zmwt-xY&hl=en&ei=zKfFTLLBOYG8lQeSsNkH&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=4&ved=0CCEQ6AEwAw#v=onepage&q&f=false< /ref >

A quick search on the USPS website (can't link to its results) reveals that 333 W. Hubbard, among others, also has ZIP code 60654. — Jivecat (talk) 23:24, 8 June 2011 (UTC)

  • The zip was expanded in 2008. Speciate (talk) 09:16, 9 June 2011 (UTC)
