Proposed merge with Affordable Care Act[edit]

Subject can be sufficiently coverage on the ACA page Comatmebro (talk) 22:36, 17 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Go for it. In the meantime, it's kind of gross that the redirect at Affordable Care Act no longer functions, so I'm going to undo your edit there. --MZMcBride (talk) 21:21, 21 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Based on sources such as this there is probably enough material available to make this a detailed article on the topic. But lacking that, it would make more sense to merge to accountable care organization as that is the only other article to mention the term on Wikipedia and link to here. I don't know why, with Wikipedia's extensive detailed coverage of clinical-medical topics, there isn't equivalent detailed coverage of financial-medical topics.
Or merge accountable care organization to here (but then that can't be a "generic" topic – LOL I'd love to see someone slap a {{Globalize}} template on Medicare because that doesn't take a "worldwide" view of the topic!). But the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act article needs to at least mention this term! – wbm1058 (talk) 17:47, 24 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
To the alternative target (accountable care organization),   checkY Merger complete. Klbrain (talk) 06:10, 9 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
