Edit request[edit]

I suggest adding the following new section (heading: Modern examples) at the end of the article, with the following short content: "Activities of Wikipedia's WikiProject Medicine have been discussed in the context of medical volunteering.[1]". I am suggesting this through COI as the reference I suggest is my own work. I believe it is the most recent and relevant work to make this statement.

Proposed changes to ethics section[edit]

I would like to expand on the ethics sections to elaborate on some of the common debates including some of those already mentioned such as short-term trips. With this, I will also go into the proposed changes made by scholars to better benefit the community at hand. This would allow for a more comprehensive understanding of how medical volunteerism should be approached. Avrillarios (talk) 23:00, 15 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
