The first sentence of the "Provisions" section is incoherent. I can't even tell what it means to say so I can fix it. User:Belmagutie wrote that sentence in 2013. The initial draft of this article is their only substantive contribution to the English-language Wikipedia (or any other WMF project) so we aren't liable to get any help on that front as to what they meant. - Jmabel | Talk 01:48, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
