The Footnote

The footnote has two "citation needed" tags in it, and then contains some relatively advanced math for explaining the annuity. Is this necessary? If there's no references for this it should be removed entirely, or at the very least be shrunken down to just the results. A layperson wouldn't need to know about the geometric sums, just that the annuity-immediate is $833,923. Likewise, anyone who would know the math behind it would already understand what the footnote is saying, so they likely wouldn't need the full explanation, either. Fench 16:51, 13 October 2015 (UTC)
