Mayuri separate from Mayoori?[edit]

A980 made a recent change to the article with the assertion that Mayuri Kango is not the same person as Mayoori. However, I have seen no indication of this from when I was sourcing the article. This seems to be shown, in my opinion, by the fact that I have found no films that Mayuri has made since 2005. If she was still alive, I am fairly certain that she would have done something in the past five years, but there is no indication that I could find that she has. Thus, I reverted A980's changes. Proof needs to be found that they are separate people if that assertion is to be made. SilverserenC 05:20, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Mayuri Kango is alive, Mayoori is dead[edit]

Mayuri Kango is a Bollywood actress acted in films like "Papa Kehte Hain". She is very much alive. [1]

The actress who committed suicide is the Tamil-Malayalam actress "Mayoori", whose notable movies are "Akasha Ganga , Summer In Bethlehem (Malayalam) and Manmadhan and Kana Kandein (Tamil). [2]

Someone got confused and mixed up both the actresses and their movies in IMDB.otos of both actresses and ph

Please see the photos of both and understand that they are two separate individuals.

"Trying to divine, even if it is obvious, from photos that they are two different people would be considered to be original research. What you need to do to prove that they are separate people is to find a reliable source that talks about something Mayuri Kango has done since 2005. Because, suspiciously, I can't seem to find any coverage about her since 2005, which seems to tie in with the whole Mayoori suicide thing. If you can prove, with a reliable source, that Mayuri Kango is alive and has done something since 2005, you'd be good. SilverserenC 19:07, 18 September 2010 (UTC)"[reply]
