Matthew Roszak is a major figure in the crypto space. Easily meets Wikipedia:Notability (people).

Has done a lot more than... Graduate Lake Forest College a quarter century ago, at least. Founded multiple companies. Raised millions in capital. Testified before Congress.

This guy is not notable. If he was notable, he would have news articles written about him.
