Hey Kay2416,

I enjoyed reading your article on Matilde Landeta. Your information is great and very interesting. Here are the minor changes I would recommend:

-Firstly in the opening sequence paragraph of the article, there are two possible dates for her birth. I completely understand that it is hard to find correct information on certain people. I had the same problem for my own article. If you can find her exact date of birth it would be great to have it look more precise.

-Another thing I noticed is in the beginning portion of your “Career” section, some revising in terms of grammar can be made. Some commas here and there could be added.

-Lastly, at the end of your “Career” section when you discuss her final film, you could maybe separate that into a separate sentence. This would maybe put more emphasis on her final film. If you also have any production information regarding the film, it would benefit it even more.

Like I said earlier, these changes are minor and are up to you in terms of accepting them. Awesome job!

Hi Kay2416! I found your article on Matilde Landeta very interesting. I really enjoyed the way you track her career from her beginnings as a script girl to her work as a screenwriter while mentioning the fact that she faced many challenges operating within a male dominated industry. Here are some suggestions that I think could help improve your article:

- Above all, I think that maybe you can expand on some of the things you mention, for example, the fact that Landeta was a pioneer filmmaker, as well as, experienced gender inequality. What exactly did she pioneer? Also, were there specific episodes of her life that exhibited the extent of the gender inequality?

-Secondly, in your “Personal Life” section, you’re facts are presented well, however, if you’re able to find the information, maybe you could specify the dates she married Martìn Toscano Rodríguez, when they divorced, and when she gave birth.

-Lastly, I would just add a bit more citations throughout your article. It would be a great way to support the information in each statement and offer your readers a quick direct link to the sources you drew each particular piece of information from.

Hope my comments were helpful! Good luck! HereBeDragons94 (talk) 01:42, 16 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! I'm really enjoying your article! Is very complete and well organize. However, I can tell by reading it that the fact that Landeta was a woman in a very misogynist environment is something really relevant for not only her career, but her strength as a woman. What do you you think about write down a topic specially assigned for this issue? By doing that, you will give more importance for gender concerns that are very relevant in this case. Not necessarily you need to erase your comments about the gender subject in the topics 'career' and 'personal life', but only add one new topic where this will be the focus.
