Merge page with waterskin[edit]

I oppose merging these articles. This article is about the specific bottle used in the Indian subcontinent, often being carried by members of the Bhishti caste. While we can mention the mashq on the waterskin article, this specific article can provide in-depth coverage of the bottle.
