Unnecessaily changing the style of references erodes the usefulness of diffs. This recent edit makes it look like practically every line of the article has been changed. Actually, it was largely a set of change to the references, which originally had one field per line, to place them all fields on a single lines.

Lots of people prefer references that are on a single line, lots of other people prefer single fieldd per line references.

I refrain from changing the style of references other contributors have left -- because then other contributors can't easily tell whether I have or haven't made substantive changes. I request those who don't favour my reference style refrain from unnecessarily altering the references I leave. Geo Swan (talk) 01:28, 4 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Why not just come and tell me? I put them in the format I prefer but I'm not really that bothered. I would point out though that the Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Dates and numbers#In references and Wikipedia:Citing sources#Citation style and Template:Cite web all say the citation dates should be consistent so you will need to fix that in #11 and #12. Pictures?[edit]

It would be nice to see any relatively current pictures of what's going on up there. Even google maps is about 6 years out of date, and things look decidedly different now. If anyone has images of the mine itself, or the base, or even the port on Milne Inlet, that are relatively modern, they would greatly improve this article.
