I propose that the newly created dab, Lord Mark Kerr, be merged into this dab. It only has two entires (with the possiblity of a third). We usually dab by personal name only, not personal name+title. There are execeptions where it is useful - e.g. William A. Smith has a lot of entries, which could easily be lost among William Smith dab. This isn't the case here as both dabs are short.
