Number of chapters?[edit]

how many chapter does the manga have ? I dont think tankobon format have fixed number of chapters in it. A list of chapters or episode would be good. --Fotte (talk) 08:54, 2 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Manga[edit]

All the information in this article seems to be based on the anime. I'm no expert, but it seems rather unbalanced and sometimes downright wrong. For example, the article says Shizu "has the same hairstyle as Mariya, pigtails and all," when the fourth volume manga has her with short hair. The hair when she meets Kanoko could easily be a wig. Also, there is no information on Shizu's "maid," who seems to serve the same purpose as Matsurika, or even a mention of his existence. I'm not an expert by any means, considering I don't speak Japanese and only know this from the pictures, but I do think this needs some serious updates. There is also one other thing; the section on Ayari says that it was actually Shizu who pulled down her dress. However, there was nothing ever said about this, unless I seriously missed something. I'm removing both the wrong statements for now. Revert them and edit if you have evidence of either being correct. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.102.60.212 (talk) 00:11, 10 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is one of the reason, I believe that articles should have a strong divide between the different media that the characters are in, because there are usually a lot of differences between the story and characters within the anime and manga (and also video games). But besides that, it does seem that wikis articles on a series that is both an anime and a manga are always bias towards the anime.  Doktor  Wilhelm  18:12, 11 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Chapter Numbering[edit]

I was wondering if the chapters should be numbered as "01, 02, etc..." or "Prayer 01, Prayer 02, etc" as they appear in the manga.Diventia (talk) 02:28, 30 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There was a debate about this not too long ago. I was against the usage of "Prayer XX" as I felt it was too in-universe, and superfluous to understanding the list.-- 02:41, 30 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Well it was a tie. Plus, if the chapter has a title along with subtitle, than it's not a matter or in-universe or not.Bread Ninja (talk) 22:16, 1 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
That's assuming "Prayer" is apart of the chapter titles, which I don't think it is since the author could have used any prefix to the chapter numbers, so it's pretty arbitrary.-- 09:11, 4 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Assuming prayer isn't part of the title is just as much as an assumption of me saying it is part oft he title.Bread Ninja (talk) 00:07, 7 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Unless you can find a reliable source that says its apart of the chapter title, then you shouldn't assume it is.-- 00:27, 7 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
like i said, your assuming as much as i am. I'm not saying we should add prayer in right away, but we shouldn't shoot it down. all i'm saying is that it could be a title, subtitle. and why shouldn't we add it in even if it's not? sure apparently it sounds like undue weight, but to be honest i think it helps it more. when it comes to these types, we always remove it, but when there's no subtitle in it we do add it in. see the contradiction?Bread Ninja (talk) 00:33, 7 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Truth be told, this is an encyclopedia. It looks unprofessional and confusing to cater to something only those in the know would understand. Like I said, it does not hinder understandability or readability of the article to remove "Prayer XX". The burden of proof falls on you to determine if adding "Prayer XX" or something similar is notable enough for inclusion.-- 04:29, 7 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Well, we donk't know for sure. Again this is all in the assumption that prayer isn't part of the chater title. It won't hinder understandability or readability even if we did kept it in anyway. Because what do we do when the chapters have extras? technically they are chapters, just not completely relevant to the story.Bread Ninja (talk) 21:53, 8 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The table of contents doesn't even have the subtitle in it anyway, so it's even more safer to say that the chapters are actually called "prayer #" along with the subtitle.Bread Ninja (talk) 05:47, 24 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Seeing this listed in the Yuri as a central element section of the Yuri (genre) article (though unsourced in its listing), I've come to ask does this qualify as yuri, should it be listed as such in the genre field of the infobox of this article? Flyer22 (talk) 18:28, 28 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Seeing the link to an Erica Friedman review above, I guess it does qualify as yuri in a way. Flyer22 (talk) 18:30, 28 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Add new characters?[edit]

New characters showed up in recent chapters and second season, such as Rindo, Shizu's butler and Matsurika's twin. Add please? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.71.58.155 (talk) 21:08, 13 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
