My personal statement[edit]

I created this page because I was looking for more information about what this was, and could not find anything in wikipedia. Therefore, I hope to add more to this page as I find more information.--Jmcqk6 03:52, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A "Manufcturer statement of origin" is required for export of vehicles from the U.S. to Canada. I think that an "MSO" is provided by dealerships when a vehicle is purchased new - and I believe that the "MSO" is turned in to the DMV and replaced with a Title.
